To pay your insurance online: Log into our payment platform. If you haven’t already, make an account.

Log in to your CareCru account. Click on your name in the top right and select “My applications & coverage” from the dropdown. Select your completed application under “Your existing Coverage.” Here you’ll see a summary of your coverage.

You can take a break from AutoPay for a month if you don’t want to automatically make your next payment. Keep in mind, you’ll still have to pay your bill by the due date. Automatic payments will resume as usual the next month

3. Enter the required details in the form, such as your claim receipt/ file number, policy number, date of birth, etc.
4. Submit all the details.

You can make changes to your coverage any time throughout the year. Simply call your insurance agent. Policy changes usual take effect immediately. Coverage on a new car added during the policy term starts when you take possession.
